What Can You Expect During Your Initial Phone Conversation

As we provide personalize automotive care it is important to us to get to know you a bit and essential to our recommendations that we understand your intentions for your vehicle. When you call you can expect to be greeted by one of our service advisors who will ask you some basic questions (if this is your first visit to SPES) and then you will be asked some information about your vehicle as well as what kind of work you would like done. As our service advisor guides you through the steps in our process, please ask any questions; it is our desire that you be as confident in our processes as we are because with confidence through transparency comes trust. SPES has a vehicle goal sheet that we ask all clients to fill out before their vehicle is looked at so that we can best serve you in our recommendations. This form will either be filled out during the discussion with your advisor or you may fill it out at your convenience and return it to the shop. We want to ensure that we are the right fit for your needs or if we can help direct your next step. At the end of the conversation, you should feel confident in what your next step is regarding your vehicle needs.
