THE STORY OF SPES

SPES is a family-owned business on a mission to do life together and are grateful that our expertise in personalized automotive care is bringing us together! We believe purpose can be fulfilled as we live our lives with INTEGRITY while building personal relationships with the COMMUNITY so that we may better SERVE them. We see value in the intentional pursuit of GROWTH as a vessel to being unreasonably GENEROUS.

SPES Automotive & Diagnostics is the reality of a vision given to both Blake & Nicole in 2021. That vision was for a repair shop, a business, to function as an extension of the people that make it up and to be used for community gain. That vision included a dream to gift vehicles to people and families as well as come alongside of all people to help them navigate an industry where it seems to be getting more difficult to trust not only technician ability, but also shop motivation, particularly as female and nonautomotive-focused male clients. SPES is the reality that these very things can exist cohesively; and, while the reasons behind why people choose not to maintain their vehicles are numerous, that reason should NEVER be distrust in their shop or their technician.

Get To Know Our SPES Family

Blake & Nicole Allen are the heads of the SPES Family. Together they are passionate about recognizing that people are more than what they do and that family, values, and our work can co-exist in strength rather than compete with one another. Blake brings over 20 years of technician training and shop experience and is especially gifted at diagnostics and walking individuals through the repair process/options. Blake enjoys nature, hunting, cooking, improving his disc golf game and visiting his family farm in MO. Nicole is using her decade’s worth of accounting and office management skills to assist SPES in reaching financial goals through responsible and intentional, forward-moving decisions. Nicole loves to read (so send those book recommendations over), mail and receive hand-written letters, walk through wooded areas and farms as well as scoping out old, broken farm buildings.

Blake & Nicole have four awesome kiddos: Abigayl (12), Lucas (9), Cheyenne (7), and Charlotte (3). Between volleyball, homeschool activities, volunteering at the local foster closet & serving at our home church our lives are consistently growing as we learn more about ourselves. As a family we love to camp, road trip and explore Nebraska’s various hidden gems, play games (video, card, board, all the games) and we almost always have a pizza night each week.
